How to Order

Orders can be placed through our online shopping cart or by downloading an order form and faxing or mailing it to us.

Payment

Payment is accepted by:

• Credit Card (online orders using the PayPal System)
• Cheque
• Money Order
• Direct Deposit

Shipping

Standard shipping is $15.00 Australia Wide for all orders up to 5kg. Orders are sent via door to door courier or registered parcel post. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed.

Refunds and Returns

Refund will only be given on faulty items. We will not refund for change of mind.

We will refund the full purchase price of an item should it be genuinely faulty, less the shipping and handling fee. Return of the item/s will be at the purchases expense.

Should an item be returned and found not to be faulty then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Whilst every care is taken when packing items, we will not be responsible for items damaged in transit; any claim must be taken directly to the delivery carrier.
